PURPOSE
وَٱصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلْعَشِىِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُۥ ۖ
"And keep yourself patient, along with those who call upon their Lord morning and evening, seeking Him."
Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave), Verse 28

TRADITION
In Tafsir Ibn Abi Hatim, regarding the saying of Allah ﷻ:
يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ وَتَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌۭ ۚ
“On the Day when some faces will turn white and shining and some faces will turn black and dark.”
Surah Al Imran (The Family of Imran), Verse 106
Ibn Abbas said, "The faces of the people of the Sunnah and the Jama’ah will turn light and shining, while the faces of the people of innovation and misguidance will turn dark and dim."
We hold onto the way of the early generations and abandon all Bid’ah in the religion.

SERVICE
In an authentic hadith in Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, and Darami, the beloved Messenger of Allah ﷺ states:
يا أيُّها النَّاسُ أفشوا السَّلامَ، وأطعِموا الطَّعامَ، وصِلوا الأرحامَ، وصلُّوا باللَّيلِ، والنَّاسُ نيامٌ، تدخلوا الجنَّةَ بسَلامٍ
"Oh people—spread peace amongst people, feed people, strengthen your family ties, pray [the Tahhajjud prayer] while people are asleep—you will enter paradise with ease."
